Sheetel Bisran - Director / Consultant

For Sheetel, property has never simply been about transactions — it’s about people trusting you with some of their most valuable assets and important decisions.

Her career began in 1999, at just 16 years old, giving her more than 25 years of hands-on estate agency experience. After progressing through an established Hounslow agency, Sheetel co-founded Diamond Move with Manraj in 2005, with a clear belief that property should be handled with honesty, integrity and genuine personal service.

Today, Sheetel remains at the heart of the business. From property valuations and new landlord relationships to overseeing client accounts, block management and sales progression, her experience spans many of the critical stages where knowledge, attention to detail and good judgement really matter.

Calm, meticulous and highly experienced, Sheetel brings a reassuring presence to every transaction — ensuring that behind the scenes, the details are being looked after and the people involved are never forgotten.

Manraj Bisran - Director / Consultant

For Manraj, building a successful estate agency has never been about simply managing more properties or completing more transactions — it’s about making sure that as Diamond Move grows, the quality of service and relationships it was built upon grow with it.

Since co-founding Diamond Move with Sheetel in 2005, Manraj has been instrumental in shaping the systems, processes and technology behind the business. As legislation, client expectations and the property market continue to evolve, he is constantly looking ahead — adapting how the team communicates, handles enquiries and manages property to ensure clients continue to receive a responsive, consistent and personal service.

But despite his focus behind the scenes, Manraj believes great estate agency should never lose its human connection. He remains actively involved in valuations and new business, meeting homeowners, landlords, investors and block management clients personally.

More than 20 years on, his philosophy remains simple: embrace change, keep improving, but never lose sight of the people and relationships that built the business in the first place.

Deepa Tankaria - Consultant

Since joining Diamond Move in 2006, Deepa has become an integral part of the business, bringing almost two decades of experience and an exceptional understanding of the day-to-day workings of Sales and Lettings.

As Operations Manager, Deepa is at the centre of keeping things moving. She oversees the team and ensures enquiries and viewing requests are carefully handled, applicants are appropriately vetted and the right people are matched with the right properties — making the process more efficient for landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants alike.

Her responsibilities continue throughout the lettings journey, overseeing tenant referencing, tenancy administration and the important processes surrounding incoming and outgoing tenancy deposits.

Highly organised, attentive and naturally approachable, Deepa has a remarkable ability to keep track of the detail while never losing sight of the people involved. Her role is ultimately about making sure that what happens behind the scenes translates into a smoother, more professional experience for every client.

Rachel Thomas - Customer Consultant

Rachel is one of the friendly first points of contact at Diamond Move, helping buyers and tenants take those important first steps towards finding their next home.

Handling property enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and email, Rachel takes the time to understand each client’s requirements and helps match them with suitable homes available to rent or buy.

Her support continues well beyond the initial enquiry. Once an offer has been accepted, Rachel works alongside the wider Diamond Move team to help keep the journey moving smoothly — keeping buyers, tenants and other parties updated, assisting with the next steps and providing guidance through to completion and move-in.

Friendly, approachable and always willing to help, Rachel takes pride in making the moving process that little bit easier, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and looked after from their first enquiry through to getting the keys to their new home.

Jui Shah - Support Consultant

Jui joined Diamond Move in 2026 and plays an important role in supporting our landlords and tenants throughout their property journey.

Working closely with both clients and contractors, Jui helps ensure that property maintenance, compliance requirements and day-to-day matters are managed promptly and efficiently, keeping everyone informed along the way.

With a strong focus on communication and building lasting relationships, Jui takes pride in being attentive, approachable and responsive. Whether assisting a landlord with the management of their property or helping a tenant with a maintenance request, her priority is to make sure every client feels supported and well looked after.

Her organised and proactive approach helps us deliver the responsive, personal service that sits at the heart of Diamond Move.

Archie Bisran - CFO (Chief Frisbee Officer)

Archie became a valued member of our team in January 2021.

In addition to extending a warm welcome to all our visiting clients, Archie has become a beloved figure in the Hounslow community. Known for his love of treats, he adds a lively energy to our team, inspiring us to consistently deliver our best.
