Sheetel Bisran - Director / Consultant

Sheetel's career in Estate Agency began in 1999 at the age of 16, laying the foundations for what would become more than 25 years of experience in the property industry.

Starting with a well-established estate agency in Hounslow, Sheetel quickly progressed through the ranks, gaining extensive experience in residential sales, customer service, and office management. During this time, she broadened her knowledge of the property sector by working closely with mortgage professionals and gaining valuable insight into the conveyancing process.

In 2005, alongside her husband and business partner, Manraj Bisran, she co-founded Diamond Move Estate Agents with a shared vision of creating an agency built on honesty, integrity, and exceptional client service.

Today, Sheetel plays a key role in the continued success of Diamond Move, helping homeowners, landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants navigate the property market with confidence. Her extensive industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding results have helped establish Diamond Move as a trusted name across West London and beyond.

Specialising in Sales, Auctions, Lettings Management, and Property Investment, Sheetel remains passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Sheetel is a proud wife and mother of three. She believes strongly in the values of hard work, determination, honesty, and integrity—principles that have shaped both her personal life and professional success. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation and demonstrating that with dedication, a positive mindset, and perseverance, anything is possible.

Manraj Bisran - Director / Consultant

Property has always been more than a profession for Manraj – it has been a lifelong passion. In 2005, alongside his wife and business partner, Sheetel, he co-founded Diamond Move Estate Agents with a clear vision: to build an agency founded on honesty, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Over the years, Manraj has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the business, helping countless homeowners, landlords, tenants, and investors achieve their property goals. His client-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service have earned the trust of clients across West London and beyond.

As the property industry has evolved, particularly within the lettings sector, Manraj has consistently adapted the business to meet changing legislation and market conditions. By implementing robust systems and processes, he has ensured clients remain compliant while receiving a seamless and professional service.

Alongside running Diamond Move, Manraj has developed extensive expertise in UK property investment, advising investors on opportunities and strategies to build successful property portfolios nationwide.

With over two decades of industry experience, Manraj remains dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for every client, whether they are buying, selling, letting, or investing.

Outside of Diamond Move, Manraj is a devoted husband and father of three. He is actively involved in the local community, coaching two youth football teams and mentoring young players. Through sport, he is committed to helping youngsters build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills, creating a positive environment where they can thrive both on and off the pitch.

Deepa Tankaria - Consultant

Since joining Diamond Move in 2006, Deepa has become an integral part of the team, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients across both Sales and Lettings.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Deepa ensures that every property receives maximum exposure through effective marketing and presentation, helping to attract the right buyers and tenants. Her dedication and organisational skills help keep transactions moving smoothly, providing valuable support to sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants throughout their property journey.

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Deepa is committed to making every move as seamless and stress-free as possible. She takes great pride in building strong relationships with clients and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.

Archie became a valued member of our team in January 2021.

In addition to extending a warm welcome to all our visiting clients, Archie has become a beloved figure in the Hounslow community. Known for his love of treats, he adds a lively energy to our team, inspiring us to consistently deliver our best.
